HydraLite is operated by DeeDap Tech. DeeDap Tech is responsible for the handling of information described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and retained when you use the HydraLite mobile application.

3. Information We Collect

HydraLite does not require account registration and does not intentionally collect directly identifying personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or government identification number through normal use of the app.

Depending on your device settings and app usage, the following categories of information may be processed:

• Usage and analytics data, such as app interactions, session data, feature usage, device type, operating system, app version, and general diagnostic events.
• Crash and diagnostic data, such as technical logs, error events, stack traces, and device state information required to identify and fix app failures.
• Push notification data, such as a device token or similar technical identifier, if you choose to allow notifications.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

HydraLite does not request or access the following categories of sensitive user data as part of its normal operation:

• Camera access
• Photo or media gallery access
• Precise location or GPS data
• Contacts
• Calendar data
• Microphone recordings

5. How We Use Information

Information processed through HydraLite is used only for limited operational purposes, including:

• Providing and maintaining app functionality
• Monitoring app stability and performance
• Detecting, investigating, and fixing crashes or technical issues
• Improving features, usability, and reliability
• Sending push notifications, only if you have granted permission
• Preventing abuse, fraud, or security incidents where applicable

6. Third Party Services

HydraLite may rely on third party service providers to support app functionality and diagnostics. These providers may process limited technical information in accordance with their own privacy terms.

• Google Play Services
• Google Firebase Analytics
• Google Firebase Crashlytics
• Google notification services used to deliver push notifications

7. Data Retention

We retain limited technical data only for the periods stated below:

• Firebase Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months from the date of collection.
• Firebase Crashlytics crash and diagnostic logs: retained for up to 90 days from the date the log is generated.
• Push notification device tokens: retained until the token becomes invalid, the user disables notifications, or the app is uninstalled, and in any case no longer than 12 months from the last active app session.

After the applicable retention period ends, the relevant data is deleted, anonymized, or no longer used to identify a device or user, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or resolution of technical incidents.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose limited information only in the following circumstances:

• To service providers that help us operate, maintain, analyze, or secure the app
• To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
• To protect the rights, safety, security, or property of users, the public, or DeeDap Tech
• As part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, subject to applicable legal requirements

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may control notification permissions through your device settings.

Because HydraLite does not provide user account registration in normal operation, we may not always be able to identify or link technical records to a specific individual. However, where legally required and reasonably possible, you may contact us to request information about data handling or deletion.

10. Deletion Requests

If you believe we hold information relating to you and would like it deleted, you may contact us at the email address below. We will review the request and take reasonable steps required by applicable law and technically feasible processes.

11. Children's Privacy

HydraLite is not directed specifically to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter and delete the information where appropriate.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through HydraLite. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the current policy page together with a revised Last Updated date.
