Privacy Policy

Deedap Invoice is provided by Deedap Tech Studio. We build simple invoicing tools for freelancers and small business owners who bill clients directly.

We collect information you provide and a limited amount of technical data needed to run the service.

• Account details such as your email address and authentication credentials managed through our auth provider.
• Business profile information including company name, address, bank details, logos, and tax settings you enter.
• Invoice and quote data including customer names, contact details, line items, amounts, statuses, and payment records.
• Email activity related to sends and reminders, including delivery metadata and whether a shared link was opened.
• Billing information for Pro subscriptions. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Basic usage and device data such as browser type, IP address, and error logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use your information only to operate and improve Deedap Invoice.

• Create and manage your account.
• Store, display, and export your invoices, quotes, and receipts.
• Send verification messages, invoice emails, and reminders you request.
• Process Pro subscriptions and trial billing through Stripe.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Monitor abuse, protect accounts, and maintain service security.
• Improve reliability and fix bugs.

Where applicable, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent when required, and where we have a legitimate interest in running a secure invoicing service.

You may withdraw consent for optional processing where consent applies, without affecting processing that is required to provide the core service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell your clients' information. We share data only with service providers that help us deliver Deedap Invoice, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

• Supabase for authentication and account security.
• PostgreSQL database hosting on infrastructure we control for storing your account and invoice data.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Stripe for subscription checkout, billing, and payment processing.
• Infrastructure providers that host our application and store encrypted backups.

Deedap Invoice may be accessed from different countries. Your information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data regardless of where it is processed.

We keep your account and invoice data while your account is active. If you delete content inside the app, we remove it from active systems subject to routine backup cycles.

Billing records may be retained as needed for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention obligations.

You may request account deletion by contacting support-invoice@deedaptech.com. We will delete or anonymize personal data unless we must keep certain records for legal or security reasons.

We use HTTPS for data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business SaaS product.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and keep your login credentials private.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing.

You can update most business and invoice information directly inside the app. For other requests, email support-invoice@deedaptech.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use essential cookies and local storage needed for sign in, session management, and core app functionality. We do not use third party advertising cookies on Deedap Invoice.

Deedap Invoice is intended for adults running a business or freelance practice. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
