Terms of Service

Deedap Invoice helps you create, send, and track invoices, quotes, and receipts. Features depend on your plan. Free and Pro tiers are described on our website and inside the app.

We may update features, limits, or interfaces over time. We aim to improve the product without removing core value for existing users on paid plans during an active billing period.

You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support-invoice@deedaptech.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

Free includes unlimited invoice creation, PDF export, templates, catalogs, public share links, and 10 client emails per month for sends and manual reminders combined.

Pro adds higher send limits (100 client emails per month under fair use), automated overdue reminders, quote acceptance online, white label documents, analytics, tax export, link open tracking, and priority support.

Plan details on the website and in the app form part of these terms. If there is a conflict, the in app plan description for your account at the time of purchase controls for billing features.

Pro may be offered with a 14 day trial. If a trial requires a payment method, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first.

After trial, Pro is billed at $9 per month or $90 per year through Stripe checkout. Prices are shown in United States dollars unless another currency is presented at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period, then your account reverts to Free with your data intact unless you delete it.

Fees are non refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated at purchase.

You retain ownership of invoices, customer records, logos, and other content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, back up, and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices and quotes you send, and for having a lawful basis to use your clients' personal information inside the app.

You agree not to misuse Deedap Invoice.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or our systems without permission.
• Do not upload malware or interfere with service operation.
• Do not use the email features to send spam or deceptive messages.
• Do not resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

Deedap Invoice, our branding, templates, software, and documentation are owned by Deedap Tech Studio or our licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of our platform except for the limited right to use it as provided.

Parts of the service rely on third party providers such as Stripe and email delivery partners. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third party failures may occur.

Support response times vary by plan. Pro includes priority support as described on our pricing page.

Deedap Invoice is provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement where allowed.

We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for compliance with tax and invoicing rules in your jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deedap Tech Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty United States dollars, unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deedap Tech Studio from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for other users, or use the service unlawfully.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections that by nature should survive will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the last updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email when appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are intended to be read in a neutral, international manner unless local law requires otherwise.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
